It's time for a new product spotlight at Cornish Heritage Farms and I just know you are going to love this product as much as I. The new Clear Card Sheets by Cornish Heritage Farms are a fabulous and extremely flexible product that you will find so many uses for. I've always loved the look of transparencies in my designs in the past but have long been frustrated with the light weight and flimsiness of the product I picked up at my local office supply store. These new clear sheets are a wonderful heavy-weight that I haven't found anywhere else and make a beautiful crisp, professional looking clear card.
Each package contains 5 Clear Card Sheets. If you are making them to create clear cards, it is so easy to cut two cards from one 8.5 x 11 clear sheet giving you 10 cards total. These card sheets are a little more work to crease than light-weight sheets but maintain a beautiful crisp crease when finished. I suggest using a bone folder to repeatedly go over the fold until the desired crispness is achieved. You may hear a slight crackling noise as you crease but don't worry....your sheet will not crack or snap.
Ideas for Using them...
-Clear Card Bases
-Stamp on them for a custom transparency...try flowers, stars or our backgrounder stamps for a great designer look
-use on Scrapbooking Layouts
-Die cut them into flowers or tags etc. for personalized embellishments
-stamp images on them and cut out to embellish your project
-Add paint behind them to highlight your sentiment
-create a sheer overlay around your card base
- Use them for storing your unmounted stamps on - hole punch and hang them or punch them and clip into a binder
-Emboss them
Tips:
-Stazon ink is the perfect ink to use when stamping on these Clear Card Sheets
-Store in the plastic sleeve or a hanging file to prevent scratching
-try using it also with gel pens, paint, glitter and embellishments
-when adhering your clear card sheets as a layer or embellishment, try attaching them with brads, stitching them to your design or adhering with glue and covering with an opaque embellishment.
