help please ... I tried to use my mirror stamp yesterday but all I got was a very faint impression , nothing like the original stamp
I've tried it with Stazon and with Distress Ink but no luck so far .

I don't think there is a tute Ellen but here are some thoughts.
I've had the best results with a pigment ink (e.g. Brilliance) - Stazon is just going to dry too quickly on the rubber.
It's always going to be a fainter impression since it's effectively a second stamping. If you are trying to match up with something else, try second generation stamping that as well (stamp off onto scrap paper and then onto your project for real).
If your project allows (either exact placement is not an issue or you're going to cut out your element), try placing your cardstock face down on the impression you just stamped onto the mirror stamp and then rub all over firmly with the heel of your hand (keeping hold of the cardstock edge with your other hand to stop it shifting). The bear on the left of this card was done that way - I used a marker over the top to get more solid coverage on areas like his nose and eyes.
